The Admin Dashboard is coming! Click here to see a recording of the webinar, which will walk you through the exciting new features and data that this major enhancement will provide to Parish Admins.
It was discussed in the webinar that we are very interested in giving a number of FORMED Admins early access to these features in order to give our development team feedback on the usability of the various features of the Admin Dashboard and helping us ensure that is is working correctly across a wide variety of device/OS/Browser combinations before we release it to the wider FORMED community.
If you are able to commit to giving us this type of feedback, we will consider including you in our beta releases over the next 6-8 weeks. If for some reason you cannot participate, don’t worry. These features will be released more widely in phases over the same time period, so it is only a matter of perhaps a few weeks delay in getting access to a particular feature.
Beta Tester Requirements:
– You most have parish admin login credentials.
– Early testers should consider themselves tech savvy and be able to document reproducible issues so we can quickly identify and fix problems or make changes based on solid feedback.
– Initially, we would like to work with parishes that have > 100 registered users, since we need enough data to make the charts really useful. We will expand the beta program to smaller parishes later.
– We would like testers who will be using a number of different devices/OS/Browser combinations, so we ask that you provide what your primary test environment will be.
– We are asking for testers who can commit to a regular testing/feedback loop that will insure that we hear from everyone on a fairly regular basis and, if necessary, are willing to get on the phone or a video conference with one of our team to reproduce/troubleshoot issues.

– your name
– your telephone number
– your parish code
– the available device/OS/Browser combinations that you are wiling to use
