Observing the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation with FORMED

As the world observes the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther’s nailing of his “95 Theses” to the door of Wittenberg Cathedral, FORMED offers timely resources to aid you in understanding the Catholic Church’s perspective of this major event in the life of the world. In these hour-long talks, listeners are introduced to saints of the Catholic Counter-Reformation, including St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. Teresa of Avila, and St. Charles Borromeo, as well as the instigator of the Reformation, Martin Luther himself. Listeners are also presented with intriguing insights into the nature of corruption and the inspiring need for reform in every age.

Additionally, for those who want to delve deeper into the history and theology of the Reformation, the Augustine Institute has developed a thought-provoking audio lecture series featuring several scholars in Church history and Sacred Scripture.
