“[S]he gave birth to her first-born son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths, and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn” (Luke 2:7). As Catholics, we are called every Advent to prepare a place in our lives for Jesus to dwell. This month, may we take up this Advent of the Heart and be fully ready to welcome the Lord at Christmas.
