Check out the Training & Webinars library for more ideas on how to bring FORMED into your whole parish.
Continue to Promote
Ongoing promotions are key to helping your parishioners develop holy media habits.
Here’s how you can do this:
- Do a Mobile Launch weekend to make sure your users have the FORMED App on iOS and Android
- Add the Pick of the Week iFrame to your parish website for an automatically-updating content recommendation every week
- Create a FORMED Corner in your bulletin and use our ready-made Pick of the Week promo materials
- Take advantage of social media to share your favorite FORMED Content selections or the Pick of the Week
- Add the Monthly Content Recommendations Flyer to your bulletin each month for suggestions based on the Liturgical Calendar
- Use promotional materials to assist you in quarterly registration weekends
Run a Parish-Wide Study
The aim of a Parish-Wide Study is to help Catholics build holy habits of faith formation as individuals, families, and in small groups. Through the personal invitation of the Pastor and promotional materials, the Parish-Wide Study will not only drive engagement, but foster faith sharing among parishioners who are studying and discussing the same content at the same time. Utilize the programs that are in both English and Spanish to strengthen ties between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities in your parish. Parish-Wide Study promotional materials are currently available for the following programs: Symbolon, ANIMA, Reborn, Forgiven, Beloved, Divine Mercy, and The Wild Goose.
Start Discipleship Groups
The benefits of small discipleship groups are many: fellowship, support, testimony, accountability, and formation, to name a few. Discipleship Group guides, designed to foster faith sharing, growth, and accountability, are available for a number of programs on FORMED for both teenagers and adults. In addition, we have promotional materials available for many individual studies.
